Why is this a Beta for Founding Authors?
I have been speaking to so many of you over the last six months about Write with Me and I am done waiting for perfection — because I know this is the programme so many of you need. ‘Beta’ in some ways means making it up as we go along! Well not quite, I have delivered this content over and over in the last three years to my Book collaboration and 121 authors, But this is the FIRST time that it will be released as a group programme.
But it is still a Beta as it is the first time that I have delivered it in this way for solo authors.
It will NEVER be this price again.
I am hosting a Write with Me taster session on Thursday 17th July at 8pm (and then I leave you to do your homework while I jet off to Florida for two weeks and we get to work in August!)
Officially, we don’t start the real work until September (back to school and all that) but I am giving you two extra months to do all the pre-work so that we hit the ground running in September.
Write with Me is a 12-month group mentoring programme to help you finally write and publish the book that’s been sitting in your head (and heart) for way too long. (For you Founding authors you will get 14 months!)
You’ll get expert guidance, live coaching, and step-by-step support — plus the Storytelling for Success tools I use with my 1:1 clients — to help you connect your story and your expertise.

Write with Me Modules
The Modules will be available for self-study over the 14-month period. The Modules are not monthly; they can be watched as you are ready. The only timeframe is the live mentoring but I believe that in 14 months you can be planned, written and launched!
Module 1: Planning & Mindset
Lay the foundations with mindset coaching, purpose work, ideal reader discovery, and message clarity. You’ll explore your values, establish your story pillars, and map your unique ‘Golden Thread’ using the Storytelling for Success method.
Module 2: Blueprint & Structure
Choose the best structure for your book and build a chapter-by-chapter outline. Learn to connect your personal story to your business and begin crafting an impactful introduction.
Module 3: Writing the First Draft
Establish writing habits, learn to ‘show not tell’, and write in a clear, engaging tone that keeps your reader in mind. Start building momentum and stay accountable.
Module 4: Editing – The Big Picture
Begin your self-editing journey with a wide-angle lens. Strengthen chapter flow, revisit your golden thread, and begin polishing with focus on value and clarity.
Module 5: Redrafting & Feedback
Learn to work with beta readers, assess feedback, and make bold decisions about what stays and what goes. Shape your foreword, bio, and acknowledgements.
Module 6: Proofreading
Deep dive into SPaG, sentence structure, proper nouns, speech formatting, and get your manuscript ready for a professional proofread.
Module 7: Formatting & Publishing
Use tools like Reedsy to format your manuscript, create a beautiful cover, upload to KDP, and select your categories and keywords.
Module 8: Launch Planning
Craft your book launch plan, map your PR and social media strategy, and learn how to host a successful online or in-person launch event.
Module 9: Beyond the Book – Monetise & Repurpose
Discover how to leverage your book to grow your business. From turning content into talks, courses, and client frameworks to using your book as a lead magnet or platform builder, this bonus module ensures your book works for you long after launch.
How much does it cost?
This beta round of Write with Me is £2495 and the full price from launch in September is £2995 plus you will automatically get any additional bonuses added in September.
For those joining in July you will also benefit from being able to pay over 14 months instead of launch

Yes Absolutely!
My full VIP writing package is currently the only way that I work with people to help them to plan, write and edit their books.
Write with Me will mean that I can support so many more people to write and help you to self-publish, but at The Publishing Pod we are still here to support you with a done-for-you service that professionally publishes your book for you and supports you to launch and hit that coveted Bestseller status. (100% success rate)
If you join Write with Me you can upgrade to one of our publishing packages, meaning that once you have done the hard bit of writing the book, you can hand it over and we will do the rest.
But what if I have already written my book?
We also offer a Proof and Publish only option if your book is written and ready to go and you just want our expertise so take your manuscript to the finished product.
